The staff were polite and attentive, which really made a difference. The family room was a good size for me and my toddlers, and I appreciated how accommodating the breakfast team was towards my children. It was also great being able to conveniently walk to nearby shopping and cinema options, making everything feel safe and accessible.

Fairly clean hotel, excellent staff, incredible location in the business center which offers a welcome private space for an academic life me who despite being on holiday I had to work. Well-equipped room with 2 double beds and a seaview, for example for a perfectly pleasant stay on a Saturday night.

The room was comfy and had a nice layout. The heated pool was awesome for the kids. Breakfast buffet was really good, and the staff was attentive. Only thing was the check-in could've been more cute. Definitely a great location near the mall!

Relaxing hotel with sea view. Really good staff throughout. Location - great, just off garden Court umhlanga, Pearl's Shopping Centre, umhlanga Beach and restaurants R26.00 and another area. Also, to the mall which is a 10minute walk. Excellent and brilliant food, fantastic service. What a really great stay, nothing to complain about.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, keeping everyone satisfied. Loved the heated pool, perfect for the kids. Quick check-in made settling in easy. Room had 2 queen-size beds, comfortable and super clean. Staff were really good except for one front desk member who raised her voice when we returned towels. A small hiccup happened with the initial room's air conditioning not working properly, but the staff addressed it after I requested a room change. Location near Gateway Mall couldn't be better for exploring dining options. A solid stay!

I recently stayed for a few days at a hotel near the beach while traveling with my two toddlers. The family room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast, where they went above and beyond for my picky eaters. The heated pool was a hit with the kids, and the variety in the breakfast buffet was impressive. Plus, the hotel’s location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops.

I had a rough start with the TV not working in my room-maintenance suggested moving but it took 30 minutes before I got any assistance. The replacement room felt dated and lacked basic amenities like a cable plug. The breakfast could use some flavor and friendliness. The egg station's preparation was efficient but lacked warmth. After some not-so-great interactions during check-in and at the breakfast station, it felt less inviting than past visits, despite being accustomed to a more enjoyable experience.

the noise from outside was annoying at night. kids loved the heated pools and the location was great for hitting the mall. overall, a solid stay!

The staff here were really good, always making us feel welcome with attentive service. Our standard room offered a beautiful pool view. Breakfast has a wide variety of options, definitely catering to all tastes and preferences for families. My kids loved the spacious areas to play and explore, giving us peace .

The hotel had a central setting close to everything. The restaurant had tasty food, loved it.
